Alison has spent her career in complex, highly regulated environments, from NatWest to the Department for Work and Pensions, leading Organisation Design, Workforce Design and major transformation.
She started out in HR business partnering, so while OD is her specialism, she brings a strong generalist HR foundation to every project. After years inside large organisations, she moved into independent consulting to work more closely with leaders who need honest, targeted support.
She cares about making change practical and workable for real people, and her approach is grounded, collaborative and shaped by experience both in the boardroom and on the ground where change actually happens.
ALISON HELPS ORGANISATIONS MOVE FROM COMPLEXITY TO CLARITY AND FROM AMBITION TO ACTION. HER GOAL IS NOT SIMPLY TO CREATE A BETTER ORGANISATION CHART, BUT TO HELP BUILD ORGANISATIONS WITH THE CLARITY, CONFIDENCE AND CAPIABILTY TO KEEP EVOLVING.

A STRATEGIC AND COLLABORATIVE APPROACH
Her approach combines strategic thinking, design expertise and practical HR experience.
She looks beyond the organisation chart to understand how decisions are made, where accountability sits, what capabilities are needed and how work needs to evolve.
She brings a strong commercial lens to this work, focusing on what drives value, improves performance and supports sustainable delivery.

Alison helps organisations design themselves for what comes next, turning strategy into organisations that are clearer, more adaptable and better equipped to deliver.
With deep expertise in Organisation Design, Operating Model Design and Strategic Workforce Planning, Alison works with senior leaders to navigate complex organisational challenges, from redesigning operating models and structures to shaping future workforce requirements, integrating acquisitions and responding to the impact of AI on how work gets done.
